Instructor - Still Butterfly Yoga Studio - marthaMartha Limauro, RYT - 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, is founder of the Still Butterfly Yoga Studio and has been practicing Ananda yoga and meditation since 1997. She has extensive knowledge of Hatha and Kriya yoga. The multitude of benefits from practicing yoga had her hooked immediately and the practice has transformed her life on all levels, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Practicing yoga on and off the mat has enriched her life beyond words and her mission is to share this amazing practice to as many people as she can helping them feel happy, healthy, strong and balanced on the inside and out. She completed extensive training at Sun Moon Yoga in 2010 under the direction of Sondra O’Donnell, ERYT 500. 
 
 
Martha has a passion for yoga, and has a deep respect for the tradition of yoga. Her nurturing style of teaching encompasses classical Hatha Yoga, grounded in yogic philosophy and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras as well as the Bhagavad Gita. Her focus is using the breath to focus the mind and control the subtle energies in the body restoring harmony within, both physically and mentally. She loves teaching students on all levels of capability and provides individual attention to her students to maximize the benefits they receive. Martha believes that yoga should be relaxing and creates an informal and peaceful atmosphere that emphasizes the importance of enjoying every aspect of yoga. There is no greater gift than helping people feel better on the inside and out.
